Setting Accessibility Functions


      The following table summarizes the actions you can initiate when the Accessibility function is selected in Select preferences page to configure box on the Preferences tab.

      If You Want to . . .

      Then, . . .

      Change the default font type used in Knowledge Builder Tools.

      Under Set Accessibility Preferences, click the Change button for Font Settings. In the Font dialog, select desired Font, Font style, and Size, and click the OK button to initiate the changes.

      Change the default background color used in Knowledge Builder Tools.

      Under Set Accessibility Preferences, click the Change button for Background Color Settings. In the Color dialog, select desired Basic or Custom color and click the OK button to initiate the changes..

      Show icons in the Contents tab.

      Under Set Accessibility Preferences, select the Show Icons check box. (Clear the check box to remove the icons.)

      Initiate the changes you made under Set Accessibility Preferences.

      Click the Save Settings button. Only available if changes were made.

      Restore default Fonts and Background settings for Knowledge Builder Tools

      Under Set Accessibility Preferences, click the Restore button for Restore to Defaults. .

      View Knowledge Builder Application Information.

      Under Knowledge Builder Tools Information, view version information for listed functions. Click the Details button to call up the About Knowledge Builder Delivery Engine dialog.
